I swear, it’s like arguing with a child. Again, you say “fraud” while I say it’s just out in the open very poor governance. In NWBO’s case fraud would be continuing to promote a drug that was a known failure and dead end, or maybe cooking the books in some way. I haven’t seen evidence of such yet.
