His point is, if you look at what happened to Givot Olam, you will see tha tthe stock had a short term jump in price, then settled. It did not go up to the $50-$100 per share that everyone thinks Zion will go to. Also, Givot Olam actually has producing wells in the same general area as Zion, but the market cap of the company is a fraction of what Zion is trading at.
