Those 10 years have been all about getting commercial scale manufacturing ramp up and regulatory guidance in place for availability and business model needed to sustain ongoing operations with expectations of reimbursement at a rate that will maintain cash flow positive structure once past the initial outlay as backup to any bailout or hardball being played by a potential partner at or around the time of an approval decision; ).
