In addition to this I would add that the IFR pathway for funding in the UK pushes towards the most efficient use of funds as those most likely to benefit based on their likelihood to be responders to treatment will likely be first to be approved. This represents the attempt at a targeted best use of healthcare treatment and funding instead of funding for broadcast use of treatment. This makes very practical sense for all approvals but especially in jurisdictions where funding sources are more limited. The UK is just such a jurisdiction and can help lead the way forward to healthcare efficiency for all. Best wishes.
