Chiugray, I know you are a fellow long, and I usually enjoy or agree with many of your posts. However, I expect the honest unvarnished truth from a fellow long - especially from a fellow long. The shorts are the ones I do not trust, but I do need to be able to trust fellow longs. I depend on them for true honest posts that inform me but do not mislead me.
Even recent financing confirms this resilience, as in the Streeterville debt financing, with straight interest, no warrants, and no “vulture” debt financing terms.
This recount of the terms of the recent loan, representing this loan as "straight interest, no warrants, and no “vulture” debt financing terms" misrepresents these terms and purposely leaves out the less favorable term of a 10% discount. This of course is not the end of the world, but it implies that your credibility is in question when it does not suit you. That is very serious - I am disappointed.
