Nice, A Fortune 500 in stage III.  As Trump said though many times in todays market when good news is announced MM's and shorts will move the price down.  So don't be suprised in the swings.  Pre market they are already offering shares below the closing price.  Tis a trading game for them folks, short term make a buck a trade a billion times, they do not hold shares, but make no mistake Perkinamine in another foundry and it passed the tests of a Global fortune 500 company.  That is a big deal. 

This should put pressure on a takeover attempt.
