Here's the truth without the spin: The current Primior team (Zhang's grind since 2012, $2.1B AUM, clean Xenergy BD) is indemnified from that mess, the merger docs explicitly shifted liabilities to the old guard, and GRLT's filings note no ongoing claims against the new ops. It's walled off.
