Hey Kam, I'm hoping you're right. I've been leaning against a BO but as time passes, and I get older, I'm more in favor of it everyday. Certainly would want it after Jan 1 and based on what I've read here I'd hope for some share to be stock as I think that's not taxable although I'm not 100% sure of that.
