There was a fair amount wrong in that post and the hypothetical examples. A rather painful to read attempt to justify claims of manipulation.

There have not been any exchange traded options since nwbo left NASDAQ.

Company options were issued to employees. Most are subject to blocker agreements, and out of the money (average exercise price $0.35)

The remaining warrants are effectively all insiders as well. Of 93 million remaining, 92 million are subject to blocker agreements, so clearly insiders,
mostly LP + Les' estate. These are also out of the money (average exercise price $0.27).
