The only change that would matter would be SCOTUS saying the skinny label concept is a joke.  They'd have to say that once you get a toehold on a label, you get the whole label -- there's no such thing as induced infringement.
Hikma willfully induced infringement, and unless all their executives brazenly lie at the risk of perjuring themselves, that will be crystal clear.
