I agree. The relationship was fully disclosed all along. LP is a very sharp lawyer. She protects herself legally , every step of the way. That is exactly why she indemnified herself, employees and directors form criminal and civil actions. Wake up man, forget all the technical/legal loopholes. It's your money at stake. No legit CEO operates in the dark this way!!
She has also "Legally" wiped out 99.999% of SH value over the last 25 years.. Indisputable fact.
However... The financial health of Advent has never been disclosed. The fact remains, you have no idea what she just sold to you. That is also a fact, and indisputable. It may be the greatest thing on earth, or it may not be. Based on the purchase price, I'm leaning toward the latter.
