The recent acquisition of Advent could allow Powers to create a new legal entity and uplist to a different exchange under a new Company name. OTC shares would still be active and rolled over into the new Company. There are some things that would need to be handled before hand, but it would not be that difficult to do with the right help. Lucosky Brookman LLP in NY is one firm that specializes in this very thing.
