A smart/competent one would be telling them to reverse split 1:40 or 1:50 , do a huge offering and start all over with new trials. Reverse to $10.00 and raise $100- $200 million at $5 and at least get another shot on goal with new trials. Keep the scam and salary train going.
The shareholders would get wiped out, AGAIN, but that never stopped LP before and the goal is to keep the company and salaries alive.
Common stock shareholders in NWBO have absolutely ZERO chance of making money in this stock. Sorry , just what the facts and history dictate.
