You know what’s interesting? Last year, I actually went after the GRLT CEO pretty hard because I thought that note he gave himself was pure self-enrichment. Hurting the stock's potential. But my perspective changed after he retired it, converted it into preferred shares, and canceled the RS, all solid moves. I stay fluid in my assessments.

That’s when I started digging deep into GRLT. I really broke down what he’s building and why. I even researched the Dana Point Symphony property and went through every piece of this company I could find. You’ve seen the DD I’ve posted.

I was pretty vocal on X back then, loud enough that he blocked me lolol. But sometime last night or early this morning, he unblocked me. And to me, that says something. If I were completely off-base on DD, he’d just keep ignoring me. But if I’m hitting close to the truth, connecting dots that line up with what he’s actually doing, that’s when you unblock someone. Respect is gained?

So yeah, I take that as a positive sign. Maybe he’s been reading the DD and thinking, “Okay, this guy has figured it out.”
