I don't know what YOUR definition of the word "simmer" is. The definition of the word "simmer" usually means hot enough to come to a boil at any time. A Copilot search of the word - (as a Noun) - "a state or temperature just below boiling point:"

DBMM has not been "simmering" at ALL - not for the past 20 YEARS.
