Aggie, you spoke of "the Richard" as being a defendant in the past as being linked with a couple of other companies about 10 years ago or so.... curious.. As a defendant was he prosectuted and found guilty of a crime or was there no conviction of wrong doing? If so what crime was he found guilty of if any>??? You seem to be pretty sure this is the same "the Richard" but what was the outcome when he/she was apparently a defendant in the past?
I am not seeing anyone else commenting RE your post so I thought I would chime in and throw some fuel on that fire!!!! It's way too early to pass judgement on "the Richard" until all of the facts are in.. I am not putting in any efforts to research "the Richard" until I see a need to do so.. it's early in the game for sure. I am taking a wait and see what develops kind of an attitude for now.. Plus I am far too busy with other stocks and Golfing.

Depending on the severity of any possible crime with those previously mentioned companies ( by this so called "the Richard" ) if he had been convicted of serious crimes the governing bodies might have banned "the Richard" from future officer roles in the market place ..... So far you have NOT demonstrated any convictions of "the Richard"
to date! My guess is this whole thing you mentioned is Probably not such a much and nothing came from it.. just a guess of course. JMO
