I truly believe if a company is not making a profit then the corporate officers and board of directors should not be paid a salary or be compensated. They should only be paid when profit is being generated. If they are not generating profits something is wrong.
Another thing is the toxic lending should have been agreed at the time of the loan to be paid at a percentage of the share price at the time of the loans and no more than a 50% discount from the share price at the time of the loan.
It should have stated at no point can they sell into the market more than 5% of the shares in the float.
That way they would have never been able to drag the share price down to .0001
That’s all i got to say.
