Did Oscar actually say how much $ he’s going to let the Debt Holders take out of the market first. As w/ the Default Clauses + new % increases & penalties they have not yet touched any real principle. Or did he say he was just going to let them have the same deal he gets for himself when he’s doing the toxic convertible debenture funding.

Oscar does seem to like the preferred issuance w/ lockout period as a way of dealing w/ debt. Has been quite profitable for him personally. That deal does eliminate the debt on the books yet the conversion back to commons give them their original positions + the $ they’ve already taken from shareholders & the investing public. Hicks has explicit wording to keep his profit margins exactly the same as pre RS included in all of his CDA’s.
