I found this slide on X - I think it's from LL's recent presentation (?) - and the survival curve of the Adjuvant - ATL-DC (that would be DCVax-L) + PD-1 mAB (that would be Keytruda) has not reached its mOS after 800 days.

TAKE THAT IN FOR A MOMENT.
Almost 800 days, and the probability survival so far is well over 50% in rGBM.

This in the notes, the question is asked, "How can we tell if a treatment works without a trial?"
Well... when the KM curves are so freakin' good when compared with the KM curves of the last six large GBM brain tumor trial control arms (and those are going to be people well enough to enter into a trial)... you can tell.

Merck has got to be excited that Keytruda shown an over 50% survival rate in anything?
Well, yes... it looks like it does in bladder cancer when combined with Padcev.

Still... stage 4 GBM? Results like that are nothing but phenomenal. I can't wait to see what the final results will show.

Shocking, really, that with results like that in the offing and an MHRA decision due anytime, our market cap is just over $300k, and our share price is just $0.22.
