Attorneys for NASCAR, 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports have finished a second day of settlement talks without any announced agreement. All parties declined comment when leaving the courthouse after the talks.

Judge Kenneth Bell has a hearing scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, October 23, on motions for summary judgement made by all parties.
