By this third way can continue forward on financial life support while accomplishing little tangible for shareholders and less for patients and can continue to stave off the day of reckoning on which one way or another this gets decided and we can put this behind us, for good and all.

I disagree with you. If the MHRA were to reject the MAA, then NWBO would be de facto bankrupt — it’s a binary situation: zero. In that case, no retail investor would continue funding the usual BS stories about “DC-immuno-field accomplishments.” None of that. It would be over.

Ex claims that, in such a scenario, NWBO could continue as a CDMO, but that’s not going to happen. If the MAA is dismissed (and again, I don’t believe DCVax-L will be dismissed by the MHRA), the Advent–NWBO collaboration will collapse as well.

Only if the MHRA approves DCVax-L and NWBO secures non-dilutive financing (possibly preceding a buyout or speculation about one) will the company survive.

In the end, it’s all about the money. The “game” you refer to will end the moment the MHRA decides to reject the application.

So — zero or hero. Nothing in between.
