I finally had a chance to read Mayo's latest update.  I know you suggested tempering down the sales & price, but when I see him using the PE ratios of slow growth companies like Pfizer and J&J versus what the explosive growth P/E ratio AVXL will receive seems very conservative to me. Then when you factor in that his three year estimate does not include anything for potential schizophrenia, Parkinson's, Rhett syndrome, etc or the off-label use as I've read on LinkedIn from very excited doctors who can't wait to try this drug on their patients with other CNS disorders, etc., I consider it an even more conservative estimate/projection.  I know it seems too good to be true, but it has all the makings of one of the biggest blockbuster drugs in history.  At 52 years old with a family history of Alzheimer's, I am looking forward to being genetically tested to see which group I fall and will spend whatever it takes to get my daily dose if I am determined likely to ward off eventually AD as a result.  Research also tells me that I will likely sleep better and have my blood pressure improved in the process...more reasons to feel good about paying the price.
