I didn't say anything like that.

My point is that MHRA can stop the clock many ways and still not be in violation of the 210 day timeframe.

One way is to keep asking question of NWBO. There are others as I pointed out.
You can assume that NWBO is not answering questions in a timely manner if you wish.
I make no such assumption.
