Four and a half years with the share structure, aka OS, unchanged. Somehow, this is supposed to be a 'serial scam', one that doesn’t issue any new shares? That’s a first in the OTC world. If no new shares have been issued in nearly five years, who exactly are they scamming?

Is any actual thought going into this, or is it just a boilerplate 'auto-scam' post? You know, the kind where they can’t explain how it’s a scam but still insist, ‘trust us, it is! I need to find more ‘scams’ that somehow don’t issue a single share in over four years. Funny how the real OTC scams are the ones dumping stock every damn week.
