Personally, I think they miscalculated the effect the merger would have on SP, just like they miscalculated SP action on TLD release. They are running out of shares and SP is going down. Its almost a race to see how long they can hold out before approval. Decreased dilution this month is perplexing. Either they have a benefactor, know something, or are running out of shares. 2 1/3 months still left on the year so I haven't given up getting an answer this year. I allready popped the champagne and drank it to keep my head from exploding. I might have to buy some mad dog on approval and of course some popcorn as I watch the board explode or implode.
