Yep. At this point if the definitive SPA woulda not be signed in the 45 days I think we woulda seen an extension. It’s probably in the regulatory approval stages. Which that alone can take a while. Be surprised if they even had that by end of year. Another thing is Alchemy markets doesn’t advertise at all that they are even a public company through FDCT another reason why I think in the end uplist will be done through IPO probably with name and symbol change at same time.
