Immediately the terms may be disgusted and hopefully with more than one suitor. IMO we will hear about offer(s) within 3-4 months. IMO the low end estimate $14 and the high $25. I like the $18 number. Multiple suitors could easily push it over $20.
Approval IMO is this year and then .... LP is ready
