Hey Richie, hope all is well. For clarity, I am very bullish on Brito and the potential of him and Domingo, along with the rest of the executive team to grow both revenue and profitability. They are already proving it as we go along here within the first 6 months of Oscar being President. In fact as someone earlier pointed out, the current value could be estimated here at $20 million+ and it is looking very bullish and overall great in terms of what we could see here once dilution is complete.

I guess I am most bummed about dilution. From a technical perspective it is like inflation for shareholders. You losing purchasing power, or in this case a % of the company you owned. Walking in here with over 1.5% ownership stake and dwindling down under .5% ownership stake is not fun any way you look at it.

That said, I would appreciate some clarity from management and ultimately this matter to be renegotiated in a favorable manner for shareholders. In the meantime, it's time to back up the truck my friend.
