They need to do a share buyback and cancel the shares to clean up this shit. As someone else mentioned though, that would likely require regulatory approval and it would be a big process.

Although they technically are not SEC reporting, so perhaps the regulations wouldn't be as stringent. I know $TSNP cancelled billions from the OS quickly in 2020 and without issue for example. From what I remember, they bought $10 million+ out of the float.

The thing that I find interesting here is that they are already looking at tens of millions in revenue and net profitability. Even with all of the dilution this thing is looking like it could be a cash cow and significantly undervalued given the market cap currently.

But this rate of dilution is out of control and very discouraging. I know they announced addressing it in a press release, but we need action and to see this $hit go away for good.
