OK, make up your mind already. You've been screaming naked shorts that no one can see. However yesterday they started doing viewable shorting?
Why would they openly short shares when they could just be naked shorting?.....have some clever explanation before disagreeing with yourself.

Not a short position, a naked short position (using phantom shares, quite illegal).

Nobody is dumping. Volume is still minimal (very tiny). These are shares being dumped onto the market by shorts.
