I am not so blind that I dont see where the SP is....at 23 cents. If NWBO was a close to what you are saying, there would be some major speculative buying. But there isnt. You are obviously the only one who sees it this way. Money inflows into stock are flat-out pathetic. If there was any major opportunity within the immediate future, there would be much more large money in-flow. Instead its mostly retail investors. Make no mistake, if big money thought thought this was a slam-dunk, they would be buying ahead of a major announcement. They obviously dont see it the way you do. Are you smart then them? Maybe, but as I gambling man I would bet nothing major is happening for NWBO for quite sometime. I follow the facts, not speculation. The fact is qwe have a .23 stock with less than $600k traded each day. Most of which is the company raising money via dilution. But stick to your speculation, you are entitled to it. I just dont see it this way.
