Yes it can and does. Same with individuals. Do you think it is a coincidence that IDCC's controller or I guess now he is the director of accounting or some such title, sold at whole dollar prices, like his sales at $32.00 and $35.00 in June of last year? The plans state that they want to sell or buy on such and such dates, or date ranges, at prices of at least $X.XX per share.

I always assumed that 105B set a DATE range for the sells. Are you now saying that the plan can sets price range also?
