Come on, Happy, get real. The acquire would own a bunch of shares and even if LP owns more, that won’t stop the hostile from approaching beaten down shareholders. Even if LP put up a fight, she’d need to make a strong value case to shareholders and the acquire would likely make some nice money if she could. Problem is their is no acquirer, no value case, and LP appears to have zero pressure to make a one. 🤷‍♀️
