LOL, LP invited big pharma execs from many companies for the TLD presentation (May 2022). Everyone ran as fast and far away from LP since then. So LP decided to continue to dilute in pennies and waste a ton of time and shareholder money.

Be prepared for another vote to increase authorized share count. It’s coming! ;)
