Your delusion is astounding and indicative of the boards total ignorance of the pending rejection. Why would any company wait until after so called approval when nwbo is dirt cheap now???

Short of being able to blackmail Ms. Powers and force her to acquiesce for other than financial reasons, no BP can force a ‘dirt cheap’ sale or do a hostile takeover.

Announcing a fair multiple of our current valuation would do the opposite of forcing her hand because as soon as retailers and even big fish hear say $2 or $5 a share they’ll say ‘If BP is willing to pay this NOW then what would they be willing to pay after approval.’

Even if the SP does not rise to the level of the proposed BO price any increase would be substantial and would allow for printing new shares to raise more money, putting NWBO in a stronger position.
