"Subject to legal conditions" is what the PR said. If I recall correctly. Some scenarios. 👇️
1. If Advent is a solid profitable company, LP would never give up 75% ownership/control, unless legally/ethically forced. I certainly wouldn't!
2. Advent is a struggling company and not worth anywhere near what has been reported, so she's dumping it off to NWBO.
3. The deal is never happening and it was all a head fake to get Yorkville out of their stock.
