Sleven I agree with your take 100%. Hikma is between a rock and a hard place if the juries and judges follow the law. I am thinking that they are trying this SC Hail Mary, after which they will basically know their fate.

Funny how shoes can be on the other foot. During the Du trial Amarin was quite willing for a reasonable settlement, however Hikma was intransigent and supposedly was asking for the moon. Now, I think Hikma would want to find some way out, but Amarin needs something more than a settlement, and will not agree to anything like that.
