Klug lost another lawsuit... And didn't pay his share of arbitration fess and now also has to pay petitioners attorney fees.

This matter was previously set for this date to be taken up on a motion to remove matter under arbitration for default, costs and attorney's fees, filed by Steven Ricks. Present in open court were Jesse Stewart, representing Steven Ricks, and Tom St. Germain, representing Redhawk Financial Services, LLC. Counsel presented oral arguments, to the Court. Mr. Stewart offered, filed and introduced the petition, exhibits, supplemental petition, answer with attached exhibits and supplemental memo. The Court, after reviewing all that was presented, stated its oral reasons and ordered that the matter be removed from arbitration and be heard in this court.
