This is an interesting post from the Expo as well... Alchemy and XOALA are arm and arm here... I would say that the deal is as close to being done as it possibly can be. The guy on the left is the Group Chief Operating Officer for XOALA. This is the man, he is in several of the pictures who founded both Alchemy and XOALA This is his Bio as well.
