I see it. It is an ad somewhat disguised as a message with the subject that says "Galecto Inc. is up 500% today" that has been inserted by I-Hub into the message list. In the poster column it says "Galecto Inc. (NASDAQ GLTO) and in the time column, it has a button that says "Learn More".

I think it is permanently stickied to be the 7th message in the list on this Board. Other messages move down when new ones are posted, but it is always the 7th message from the top and has been all day.

I see it on other message boards, too, so it seems GLTO paid I-Hub to place it on many, many Boards.
