Intention
An intention is a mental state in which a person commits themselves to a course of action.

Sounds good to me. Commitment to actions is just what we need and letting the investors know this is somehow not a good thing and should be ridiculed? Maybe you should get a dictionary and research the words you use to try and put a stink on the actions of the CEO. LOL
