It's the ORC penny stock mentality. It's only $0.25 and if it only goes to $0.50 they've doubled their money!?!?!?!?! But the success rate of OTC biotechs is dismal.
I follow another zombie biotech, CYDY. And after several years of demonstrating the stock fraud acts of the CEO, the CEO was indicted and convicted and is doing time. But they are peddling their OTC penny stock continually diluting shareholders and continually teasing their shareholders on the incredible promise of their now almost off patent drug. Again NO BP will touch an OTC biotech drug. And these OTC biotechs have no capability to commercialize a drug if they actually got to approval. Just look at NWBO with only effectively 4 employees.
