3.3 was my answer AH. I'm not the one who has to HOPE this happened, It takes all 5 committee members to approve any changes to the budget or any amendment changes made. All 5 committee members agreed in writing with the supposed changes you allege happened. Why would XTI cut $4.6 mil out of there budget. They didn't because XERI couldn't make the full $10 mil contribution. Could only come up with $6 mil of toxic capital. Just like any loan if you don't complete payments you lose the asset. Need to make the full payment to be entitled to take ownership. XERI Better have those changes confirmed in writing or it may be hard to prove to the court these changes were agreed to
