No, but stating that others can do whatever they want with it IS! If its worthless info then you just washed your hands of it. Why post it if you dont expect anything to come of it? Got anything to explain it or back up the words?
Predicting revocation, which was the penalty for missed fins, was straight forward considering that was the rule. In fact that comment would be the proverbial high road as warning others they will lose their money is pretty darn nice.
But then they changed the rules. Nevertheless DBMM was revoked under what was known then. Hardly a misdirection.
Personally I find someone who posts content without giving reason why to be far less that someone who can show you the reasoning behind their info, even though things changed, to which an explanation was also given for that.
