Yes, NWBO keeps "material information" away for shareholders when it will hammer share price. It's the CEO's Enron training.
Funny to watch the rumor of the MHRA approval spiking the share price which eventually fell back. Nothing like a fanboy biotech stock. Have watched it with many OTC or small NASDAQ stocks that attracts the penny-stock crowd with hype of big riches.
