Wide-Eyed, nobody can market a combo until the combo is approved. That is not even close.

The combo patent claims priority back to late 2013. So that started the clock. Given NWBO's speed at running trials, it is unlikely they can run the trials needed to gain approval prior to patent expiration.

There are other issues also, but not important now.
