That same type of email was sent back to several people, myself included. It took place when they first came off of the Expert Market... Mitch was replying to a lot of people back then. I believe he really thought is was going to be a faster transition from Expert to OTCQB and then up to NASDAQ.
There is something going on with the company, something we all do not know, and it has to do with the inability to get a market maker to do the work to get this 15c2-11 issue resolved. I specifically asked Mitch about it and he said they were working on it, but it would take some time to get completed. That was back in Jan, here is his response to me: The last response I ever got from him was in early March of this year and it was the same reply, They are working on it. If and when he gets that issue fixed then we will see this move up, as its what is holding us back. I agree with you on his ability to get to the NASDAQ via the IPO method, I just dont thing he will spend the money as they are still focused on using their capital for expansion... and you are 100% correct, those that hang in here are going to make a lot of money at some point along the way
