Telvantis Voice Services Inc. has signed a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Spectral Capital Corporation (OTC: FCCN), a U.S.-based technology investment firm. The LOI outlines the framework for a sale, whereby Spectral will acquire 100% of Telvantis’ share capital, effectively positioning Telvantis as the operating entity within Spectral’s publicly listed structure.
