I wonder how many times XERI breached the JV contract. First they fail to make the $1 mil down payment on time then file a lawsuit instead of following the Mediation and Arbitration clause.
Looks like another Breach was made when they failed to complete the $10 million. I'm no lawyer but doesn't look good for XERI.
