Guess your reading comprehension is lacking. NWBO requires resection and it compared to ECA with several trials that allow biopsies, partial resections that have shorter life expectancy. That is bias.

That is why FDA requires ECA trials to be selected, reviewed and approved by the FDA BEFORE a trial instead of when the trial is almost concluded like when NWBO did. Notice NWBO didn't file their ECA trial results as part of a FDA application for commercial approval.
